My pictures of beetles, butterflies and other small animals, plants and fungi in their natural habitat can be found in the Animals, Plants and Fungi section. I gladly offer these pictures to be used in various publications, reference manuals, etc. If you are interested in any of these pictures just let me know and I will provide you with the picture having the resolution suitable for print jobs. Generally I don?t ask for any fee. Nevertheless I request to place some info next to my picture (for example Photo by Stanislav Krejcik, Photo by S. Krejcik, www.meloidae.com, etc) together with sending me at least one author publication.
For specific groups' specialists: You are more than welcome to determine the pictures of undetermined species (marked for example Chrysomelidae sp. etc.). I'll be glad. How to determinate my photos:
1. The best way is to write your determination directly to the comment of each picture (don't forget to mention your name and the anti-spam code - without them it won't be possible to add a comment. TIP: Please register („at“ sign above the menu bar). As a user
name use your first and last name. After signing in you can add your comments to
the pictures with no need to type your name again.
2. Alternatively you can mail me the determinations via e-mail. Nevertheless, in such case you have to mention the number of the picture in the link BELOW THE PICTURE (no other numbers can be used, for example the one found on the Internet browser address toolbar).
After that I'll put the determined pictures in the system, append the complete name together with author's description and introduce you as the determinator.
The Meloidae family zoological system from the entire world can be found in the Meloidae category, which also includes my pictures of collection specimens.
In the Collection category you'll find the pictures of beetles from my entomological collection. Most of these specimens I offer for exchange for other beetles. I'm interested in Meloid beetles not only from the Czech Republic region but also from the entire world. Here, each picture includes the number of pieces I offer for exchange. A1 - not damaged, A2 - damaged, In Cotton - placed on the carton covered by a cellophane sheet.
The Publications category includes the pictures of books, magazines, etc. in which my pictures have been published.
