Your clusiid looks more like a drosophilid (possible Chymomyza fuscimana) to me.

Now I doubt about both determinations. The base of wing looks like that of a drosophilid but slightly darkened apex of wing is a character of some clusiids. Unfortunately many characters are obscured in the picture (arista, orbital setae...).
